Consultancy assignments will be defined through a proposal, statement of work or service agreement covering:

  • Scope
  • Deliverables
  • Timetable
  • Customer and supplier responsibilities
  • Fees
  • Payment arrangements
  • Review and acceptance arrangements

A signed service agreement or statement of work will take priority where it contains terms specific to an engagement.

4. Training Bookings

A training booking is confirmed when:

  • We accept the registration
  • The required payment or approved purchase arrangement is received
  • We issue confirmation by email

Our paid training is delivered as interactive online learning designed to prepare delegates for the relevant Microsoft or BCS certification examination.

Training may include:

  • Live instructor-led sessions
  • Guided learning
  • Discussion and questions
  • Practice questions
  • Examination-focused preparation
  • Supporting learning materials

Training supports examination preparation but does not guarantee an examination result.

Examination fees, certification charges and retake fees are included only where this is expressly stated in the booking confirmation.

Delegates should arrange:

  • A suitable computer or device
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Access to the required software
  • A working microphone
  • Sufficient time to attend and participate

5. Fees and Payment

Fees will be shown on the website, quotation, invoice, booking confirmation or service agreement.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Fees are quoted in pounds sterling
  • Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice
  • Applicable taxes will be identified where relevant
  • Software licences are charged separately
  • Examination and certification fees are charged separately
  • Approved third-party costs may be added to the final invoice
  • Consultancy work begins after the agreed commercial arrangements are confirmed

Where a payment service provider is used, that provider’s payment-processing terms may also apply.

6. Charity Organisation Discount

Registered charitable organisations may receive a 50% discount on eligible:

  • AB-730 training
  • AB-731 training
  • BCS Foundation Certificate in Digital Business Change training
  • AI readiness assessments
  • Microsoft Copilot Agentic AI transformation assignments

The discount is subject to:

  • Confirmation of registered charitable status
  • Agreement of the assignment scope
  • Availability of suitable delivery resources
  • Written confirmation of the discounted fee

The discount applies to eligible professional fees.

Examination charges, certification fees, software licences, travel and third-party costs are charged separately unless expressly included in writing.

7. Consumer Cancellation Rights

An individual purchasing services for purposes mainly outside their trade, business or profession may have statutory consumer cancellation rights.

For many service contracts entered into online or at a distance, the normal cancellation period is 14 days from the date the contract is made.

A customer may exercise an applicable cancellation right by sending a clear cancellation request to: Info@AITP.uk

Where a customer asks us to begin providing a service during the statutory cancellation period, we may request express confirmation before starting.

Where permitted by law, a customer who later cancels may be charged a proportionate amount for services already supplied.

Statutory consumer rights continue to apply.

8. Training Transfers and Cancellations

We will consider an appropriate option based on the timing of the request and the delivery status of the programme.

Available options may include:

  • Transferring the booking to another available cohort
  • Nominating a substitute delegate
  • Applying an account credit
  • Receiving a refund where applicable
  • Agreeing another suitable arrangement

Any applicable cancellation cost will be explained before the cancellation is completed and will reflect commitments or delivery costs already incurred.

9. Changes to Training or Services

We may make reasonable changes to:

  • Training dates
  • Trainers
  • Delivery platforms
  • Session timetables
  • Learning materials
  • Assignment personnel
  • Delivery sequencing

Where a material change affects a confirmed booking, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as:

  • A revised date
  • A transfer to another cohort
  • An alternative trainer or delivery arrangement
  • An account credit
  • A refund for the affected service

We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers support successful delivery by:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Making relevant staff available
  • Giving timely access to systems, data and documents
  • Confirming authorised decision-makers
  • Providing decisions and approvals within agreed timescales
  • Reviewing deliverables promptly
  • Maintaining appropriate security and access controls
  • Ensuring that participation and implementation comply with internal policies

Where access, information or decisions are delayed, delivery dates may be revised accordingly.

11. Consultancy Delivery

Consultancy services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, as required by applicable UK consumer law.

Recommendations and deliverables will be based on:

  • Interviews and workshops
  • Evidence available during the engagement
  • Applicable professional judgement

The customer remains responsible for:

  • Organisational decisions
  • Regulatory responsibilities
  • Technology approvals
  • Implementation decisions
  • Internal governance
  • Risk acceptance
  • Benefits ownership

12. Acceptance of Deliverables

Where consultancy deliverables are provided, the customer should review them within the timeframe stated in the relevant agreement.

The customer should identify any material issue clearly and provide sufficient information for review.

We will work with the customer to:

  • Review the relevant requirement
  • Correct an agreed material error
  • Confirm acceptance or the next action

Any formal acceptance process will be stated in the relevant statement of work.

13. Intellectual Property

AI Transformation Professionals (UK) retains ownership of its pre-existing and general materials, including:

  • Presentations
  • Assessment methods
  • Templates
  • Frameworks
  • Models
  • Course materials
  • Website content
  • Branding
  • Publications

Customers and delegates receive a limited right to use supplied materials for personal learning or agreed internal organisational purposes.

Customer-specific reports and deliverables may be used internally for the purpose for which they were commissioned.

Any wider licence, publication right, resale right or transfer of ownership must be agreed in writing.

Third-party trademarks, software and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Confidentiality

Each party will protect confidential information received in connection with an engagement.

Confidential information may be used for:

  • Delivering the agreed service
  • Managing the commercial relationship
  • Meeting legal or regulatory obligations
  • Supporting authorised consultants, trainers and suppliers involved in delivery

Authorised delivery personnel will be expected to protect confidential information appropriately.

We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not permit that limitation, including liability relating to:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded

Consumer terms must remain fair and transparent, and unfair terms are not binding on consumers.

For business customers, any agreed financial limits, exclusions or insurance arrangements will be stated in the relevant proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

19. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Where delivery is affected by an event outside a party’s reasonable control, that party should:

Relevant events may include major technology outages, cybersecurity incidents, severe weather, public-health emergencies, transport disruption, government action or illness affecting essential personnel.
